Vivo Nex 3 Leak Revealed 100% Screen-To-Body Ratio

Ice Universe, the prolific leaker we all know and love, has posted a photo of an outer glass covering which they said is Vivo Nex 3’s display. This is the potential name the next Vivo phone will have.

Two panes of glass are shown in the leak, and they completely encase the front as they have their edges curved around 90-degree angles. However, even the sides and the back of the mysterious handset are encased with glass. According to the leaker, no notch or hole will be found on the phone, offering a screen-to-body ratio of more than 100 percent.

When we see this picture, we remember when Jony Ive said he wanted a phone that looks like a single sheet of glass and it looks like his dream might come true if the photo from Ice Universe is accurate.

Vivo Nex 3 Leak Revealed 100% Screen-To-Body Ratio

When it comes to the Vivo Nex 3’s design, people are now more confused than before the picture was leaked. One of the questions would be, how come this phone can have a selfie camera when it needs some kind of notch?

Will it feature the same pop-up selfie camera of the company’s first phone or will it be an under-display like in Oppo’s prototype? Vivo and Oppo have the same owner, BBK Electronics, so there would be no surprise that these companies could have the same underlying technology.

Ice Universe said that this phone would have a “complete screen,” but we do not know what he means by that. Even the no hole claim makes us more confused. What about the rear camera and the flash? Can a phone sell without cameras? Is that even an option? What about the mic? Where will it be placed?
