Follow these steps to do this:

1. Identify the Video you intend to use.
2. Create a new folder with the Video file name and then cut and paste the video inside the new folder.
3. Search for the subtitle file (.srt) file of the video on any popular subtitle downloader websites.
4. Now, download the .srt file and paste it in the folder location of the video.
5. Right-click on the Video file and then click on rename.
6. Highlight the video file name and copy.
7. Repeat the same process for the .srt file and then paste the video file name in place of the .srt file name. This will ensure that both the video file and subtitle file has the same name.
8. Afterwards, play the video file using Windows file.
9. If the Subtitle is not loading, you can toggle the Lyrics, captions and subtitles menu to allow Windows Media Player use the available subtitle file.

Note: You can also load the subtitle file automatically by ensuring both the video file and subtitle file has the same name.
