People started to speculate about the new game from Rockstar, especially when we don’t have a lot of official news. From a recent leak on Reddit we find out some new stuff, but we can be sure that everything that person wrote is actually true.
The supposed locations
According to the Reddit post, for the new GTA we’ll have a location used before, Vice City and a new one, South America, more precisely Rio de Janeiro. The Reddit user also mentioned that the players could have missions on Liberty City. That was the location for GTA IV.
The fans of the game are excited and they are expecting a beautiful and realistic map. They have questions about the way they will travel from one location to the other and we hope that we’ll get some answers very soon.
Also, according to the same leaker, the game will be set in 1970-1980 meaning that it will have some Narcos vibe and the story will be influenced by drug dealing.
GTA VI it’s supposed to have just one protagonist, and not three as we had in GTA V. The Reddit user said that the protagonist will be called Ricardo and that he will be a small drug dealer who aspire to get big in the business. Kacey may be another important character.
Something that Red Redemption 2 never really had was a realistic economy, but the developers seem to introduce that in GTA VI. Because the story will be set on several years, the economy will be different in the various stages of the game. Things like cars will be more expensive as time goes by.
