PlayStation 5 New Renders Show How it Might Look

PlayStation 5 hay have already outrun its next-generation rival, the Xbox Scarlett, as a bunch of impressive pictures has been recently revealed by a European patent. If the upcoming console looks similar or the same as the unveiled images, the battle is definitely won by Sony.

Fans have revealed a European patent image of what it seems to be the PS5 developer kit. The concept implies that the highly expected PlayStation 5 will feature an innovative V design that seems to stand for ‘five.’

In response to fans’ speculations about the unveiled patent, game developer Matthew Stott affirmed that the design represents a PlayStation 5 developer kit, but not the console.

It is, however, probable that the official PS5 will feature a similar design, according to LetsGoDigital. The Dutch website has designed some impressive concept renders of the PlayStation 5, giving fans a sneak into what they might get.

The renders depict a neon touch panel and illuminated cooling vents, and there is no doubt that the next-generation console would appeal enormously if it looked anyhow like it was depicted.

PlayStation 5 specs and other information were somehow revealed by system architect Mark Cerny this year. Cerny explained that Sony’s next-generation console would support 8K resolution, ray-tracing and manage much rapid loading times.

The faster loading times are possible via a specialized solid drive, which will help immensely in processing speeds. However, what fans are dying to know is when the PlayStation 5 will launch, how much it costs, and what games will support.

According to an alleged leaked email from Sony, the next-generation console will be entirely revealed at a special launch event which will take place on February the 21st of the year 2020.

If the rumors are correct, the PlayStation 5 release date will be announced in about six months from now.
