Elisabeth Dee Davos, who’s better known as Betsy Davos, is a U.S politician. Currently, she’s serving as the Secretary of Education. The U.S Senate appointed her in the position in February 2017. She’s also the wealthiest member of the cabinet.

Born on January 8, 1958, and in Holland, Michigan, Betsy was born to Edgar Prince and Elsa Prince. Apart from her, her parents have three other children. And she’s the eldest of her siblings. Before becoming the Secretary of Education, Betsy served as the chairwoman of the Windquest Group. She and her husband founded the group. Moreover, she has also produced a Broadway play with her husband. Besides, Betsy owns stocks and has invested in numerous companies. She was also a board member of Neurocore. However, after becoming the Education Secretary, Mrs. DeVos gave up her membership. Though she still retains her stocks in the company.
