Halo Infinite is an upcoming video game. It is reported to be a first-person shooter game. And has been developed by 343 Industries. The publisher of the video game is Xbox Game Studios. Furthermore, the video game is for Microsoft Windows, Xbox Series X and Xbox One. Therefore, good news for fans, the game is exclusively for the console. It is all set to release for PC as well.
Reportedly it is the sixth entry in the Halo Series of Video Games. Moreover, it is being developed by using the new Slipspace Engine. 343 Industries had earlier announced that the game would focus on the new engine. In addition to this, revealed that 343 industries had spent years to build the new engine. This has resulted in a reformed graphical style. And a lot more changes will be seen after the release of the game.
Halo Infinite: Release Date
The official release date of Halo Infinite has yet not been confirmed. But don’t be disheartened. Halo Infinite is said to release sometime around the winter Holidays of 2020. In addition to this, the release will coincide with the introduction of the Xbox Series X. Moreover, Halo Infinite will also be launch title of the Xbox series X. The video game may likely release some time around in November, as previously launched games and consoles.
In Microsoft’s E3 2018 conference, Halo infinite was officially announced to be in progress. Later on, in a blog post, it was confirmed that there would be a Livestream on 23rd July 2020. Microsoft is all set to showcase the gameplay from its first-party studio. Halo Infinite will finally be made public.
There were rumours, that the development of the game might be hampered due to the current situation of the world. But fortunately, Halo Infinite is reported to remain on schedule. The work and development have transferred from the studio to work from home.
Halo Infinite: Gameplay and features
Not much has been revealed about the storyline of the game. But we’re sure that Master Chief will feature as the protagonist. While the Banished will be the antagonists. The gameplay is set right after the events of Halo 5.
Halo Infinite is reportedly going to be much more realistic and human-like. According to the E3 2018, the game will consist of a Halo ring. Furthermore, it will showcase the design of the armour of the Master Chief. But along with this, there are updates in his armour. Master Chief may sport a helmet.
Another thing to be excited about are the unique features that have been mentioned time and again. The unique features are due to the new Slipspace engine. The engine is said to be specifically designed for the new introduction of ideas and other features.
Furthermore, there is a split-screen option, and a different level of armour customization is available. Not only that, but the game will also have the Forge editing tool. And will also include Undo and Redo buttons, for the first time.
