To do this on a router/Wi-Fi network, follow the steps below:
- Turn off Wi-Fi or internet connection.
- Disconnect router or modem (if any).
- After a few minutes, reconnect router/modem.
- Once connection’s fully established, reboot system.
- Now, try logging in again.

Method 2: Reset ProgramData
To reset the ProgramData of ESO, follow the steps below:

- Select Rename, and key in “ProgramDataBackup”.
- Go back and open launcher.
- Download/install updates (via the launcher).
- Once the update is complete, click on Play.
If you’re still unable to log in, you can try a full reinstallation of the game, and see if it works.
