Bayonetta 3
The Bayonetta series is an action hack and slash video game developed exclusively for the Nintendo switch. Bayonetta 3 is the sequel to Bayonetta 2 which was released in the year 2017. After a six year hiatus they are back to release the Bayonetta 3. It is developed by PlatinumGames and published by Sega. This series was first released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, subsequently it was released on the Nintendo switch in February 2018.
About the game
Bayonetta is based in an imaginary city in Europe. A witch who has mystical powers like shape shifting, using fire arms and magically attacking her enemies with her hair is the main character in this game. Players will be graded based on their performance. The game has gained lot of fame and has in fact been well recognized as it sold over a million units all over the world.
An anime film also was released in the year 2013 with the title ‘ Bayonetta: Bloody Fate’ . The game has two rival teams the Angels also called as Lumen Sages and witches called Umbra. In brief Bayonetta is a witch who saves the world using her magical powers. Bayonetta 2 gathered a huge fan base for its design, catchy artistic looks and mythological characters. Bayonetta has also featured in Super smash Bros Ultimate.
When will it be released?
A trailer for part 3 was released during the 2017 game awards. Though it has shown very artistic visuals and graphics we still do not know what the plot of the game will be.
The developers have given us a sneek peek of the game and have confirmed that there will be a part 3, however nothing has been mentioned about the release date. The game is under development for the past three years so we can anticipate that some thing amazing is coming up. To sum up we can say that we do not have any information as of now. We will have to wait for more information.
Gameplay
The last two games focused mainly on action packed characters with high skills and magical powers. Bayonetta 3 also will have similar action and slash, in addition to this there will be Guns and melee attacks. The trailer shows that the guns used here are called ‘Whittingham Fair’.
