The 1.1.1.1 App of Cloudflare is Here with a Free VPN

Cloudflare is an American company that offers services for content delivery network, internet security, DDoS mitigation, and domain name server. The company was created in 2009 by Matthew Prince, Lee Holloway, and Michelle Zatlyn.

So what is Cloudflare Adding to His Services Now?

The 1.1.1.1 DNS resolver app is getting a VPN. The service was first released in November for mobile, and now is trying to speed up the mobile data speeds with Cloudflare’s network.

The novelty is a VPN developed by Cloudflare that will reroute your traffic to make it faster and to encrypt it, and of course, is adding security and privacy.

Moreover, Cloudflare offers Warp for better optimization for mobile, privacy and security of other’s mobile VPNs. Warp is using the WireGuard VPN protocol that should reduce battery drain and data usage by compressing its content.

However, the companies VPN is different from other VPNs. Usually, VPNs are used for websites and services to deceive them about your location. In this case instead, the VPN will work to increase speed and privacy.

The company declares that the service won’t write any user-identifiable data to disk, and won’t be used for ads.

Also, Warp can be used for free, the standard service, or if you want to pay, you could choose Warp+, that uses the Argo technology from Cloudflare for better and faster speed and good network reliability.

Finally, the company doesn’t have a pricing list for the service. Also, you can’t sign up for Warp service today. But you can sign up on their website on the waiting list; claim your place for the update of 1.1.1.1 app to the latest version. When Cloudflare’s service becomes available for use, you will receive a notification.
