Sword Art Online Season 4: Voice actors

The lead vocalists are expected to return for Season 4: Youshitugu Matsuoka (for Kirito), Haruka Tomatsu (for Asuna), Nobunaga Shimazaki (for Eugeo), and Ai Kayano (for Alice Schuberg).

Sword Art Online: Storyline

The story is set in the future when the technology is highly advanced to the point that the line between the real and the virtual world is a blur. In 2022, Akihiko Kayaba creates a game called Sword Art Online with NerveGear. It allows the player to control their characters in the game via their mind. When ten thousand players logged into the game, only to find out later that they would need to finish all 100 levels in order to come out of it, the story catches pace. What’s worse is that the players face natural death if they attempt to remove the NerveGear or face death in the game.

Kazuto Kirigaya or Kirito had been a beta-tester of the game. When he joins the game, he fights the enemies and forms allies in order to survive the game. Soon, he becomes the leader; he teams up with Asuna, another player, who becomes his wife. Together, they go on a mission to help all the fellow players to enable them to leave the game. He is hired by the Ministry of Defence to test a weapon for war. Events occur as he is injured and many are counting on him to save them.

Sword Art Online Season 4: Plot

Season 4 will take from where the last season left off. Titled “War of Underworld-Part 2,” the season will focus on Kirito and his ordeal in living in the real world. He had been stuck in the game for longer than he was supposed to. Now finally he will wake up from the coma that kept him there for so long and proceed to save the reality from the virtual world.

You can watch all the episodes of Sword Art Online on Netflix.
